If we have no response from you your order will be cancelled – any money paid will be refunded. Proof of refund will be provided on request.
Our main courier service is Royal Mail 48 hour tracked which is a 2 to 3 day service.
All shipping services are provided by 3rd party companies. Whilst we have done due diligence on selecting a reputable courier, we cannot take responsibility for timeframes or service levels they provide as they are a 3rd party company.
If you experience any issue with a delivery, for example tracking that has not updated for several days, please get in touch by either emailing us at email@example.com, or using the contact form in the footer and let us know. We will then look into it further for you.
